BJS 150 is a microwave plasma-assisted CVD ( MPACVD) reactor dedicated to diamond film synthesis. This reactor is the result of the collaboration between Plassys and the CNRS laboratory LIMHP in Villetaneuse. Using high power density plasma, this reactor provides high purity diamond films at a high speed growth. Because of its optimized microwave and plasma design, the BJS 150 reactor is a reliable and robust equipment, perfectly well adjusted to the R&D labs needs. Its Bell Jar type configuration makes the BJS 150 especially suitable for doped diamond films
